Important: A recorded probate deed or decree does not replace the district court probate file. The case file at the Court Clerk is the official estate record; the recorded instrument only documents the related land transfer.
Fees for Recorded Probate Instruments
Recording a probate-related land instrument carries its own fees. These are Beckham County Clerk recording charges, not district court filing fees.
